Bato.to has mangas in french.

Last time I checked the Manga Rock app had a section for French mangas. You can choose mangas from multiple languages and French is one of them. There’s a place to choose the sources in the languages you want.
Now, I didn’t use the app for a while, so it might have changed. But last time I went, I had mangas in French in my offerings!

I did a little google research, and the first two were:

http://www.amilova.com

Also, the apps “Manga Bird”, “Manga Reader-Manga Viewer” and “Manga Rock” have French mangas too.
