The prince is actually likable the problem is that the one who loved him is dead and though he knew something was off with the fake, he was not proactive enough to deal with the issue. He just sort of distanced himself, but didn't expose the truth. That makes him weak. Hell Lord is overbearing, but that might match well with our gal, who is hardly a shrinking violet.
The third prince isn't a villain, so while we may ship the Hell Lord (or not), I don't think putting the prince down is fully justified. He has not actually been cruel or fake. He simply has a gentler personality.

Tbh, I really like the third prince....he is such a sweety! Hell Lord is kind of overbearing.
