What's wrong is you trying to sexualize her at 12!? Shorts/ skirts aren't 'adult', we've been wearing them since childhood. Also, she's a ninja, to put things in perspective, modern sports also require such outfits i.e. tennis, track & field, cycling, ballet, gymnastics etc.

Perhaps it's just a difference in perspective. True, I was initially weirded out by seeing a 12 year old in tall heels, but that's about it.
I've read through all these chapters, expect for the cover pages, Sarada hasn't been drawn in a way that sexualizes her. It's simply kishimoto's misguided attempt at portraying a competent and mature female lead.
Well at the very least you were weirded out by it, that's good enough.
