If the names are omitted for privacy, I think it's fine since the readers won't ever know it happened in real life. Writing down an honest experience without asking if the other party's ok with it tho... that's a messy situation.

I mean if you were one of these people, would you like someone writing your most intimate moments and then saying that it was just a story that they created? Thats my point ig, i just dont like that he just basically writes down his life, the most intimate parts that include other maybe nonconsenting parties. He also passes it off as his own creative imagination i think...correct me on that one if you see otherwise.
This is also another person's life, and if anyone somehow exposes haesoo for telling the truth (someone fuckin terrible like leo somehow), joowon is RUINED. Also i believe in the beginning when taku compliments his work, haesoo says that it was just some writing and things from his head (correct me if i remember wrong)
Please look at the responses i gave the other two lol, its p much completely explained there. TLDR; we dont kno if joowon consents to this beung done and it could potentially harm them both in the long run. Also its not original creative imagination, its his real life, and another nonconsenting person's life.
Gonna be honest, at first I thought like team Haesoo and Taku, but now i just want everyone to fucking grow without any partner. Taku doesnt need any of this shit and he has to figure out how to majntain a relationship. Haesoo is such a hoe oml, he needs to become decisive instead of playing people (whether he means it or not). Joowon just needs to get his shit together and stop being so controlling/obsessive, learn to handle rejection. Tbh at this point i feel like none of them are in a stable enough place to have a relationship.
