Am I hallucinating or are the letters in one of the panels moving?

I haven't noticed that, but i think that would be such an amazing thing to do in horror story. Can you imagine how creepy it would be while reading a story to see the words slowly moving. Moving slow enough that you wouldn't notice at first glance, but while reading you would have a feeling that there's stuff moving around.
