Yes there is that one! but I was thinking more about when relatives married each other like first cousin etc... they mentioned that that is the reason why there is this "return to the ancestor" thing right - pure blood etc so they need mix... What they call return to ancestor is a gene thing problem... just my musings

but atavism does not necessarily require inbreeding, it could just be a matter of recessive-dominant genes.
That's it! Inbreeding results to gene prob/disorders coz of genes being too 'pure' isnt the reason mentioned in the manga due to that
