It's sort of future vision for Dojin.
In the raws it will be changing in a few chapters. So whenever the 'nightmare' changes it means something is changing to in the present.
I hope it's a good thing then xD
Haahaha I don't want yo give any spoilers from the raw but just so you know the mangaka/author is very good at putting up angsty plot and drawing out a seemingly sad ending for the main character.
In his dream, he sees an old himself die alone in a hospital's room... I hope it's wasn't a vision or something like that. Because all of the previous MC dreamed about marrying a woman and this exactly happened!
