Help?

I need help finding a manga I read quite a long time ago. I know I saved it, but I can't find it for the life of me! It was about a man and his lover? (I think) The man had an office job and they showed him always smiling as a kid. Both people went to the same highschool. Anyways, at his job, his boss would harass him and it was really toxic and messed up, but he couldn't quit because they needed money. His 'lover's on the other hand couldn't keep a job and eventually the man started taking out his stress on his lover. Anyways, I'd really appreciate it if someone could find this manga. (Oh, and it's a yaoi ane I think a one shot as well)
