The only logical reason for Gio to hand over his company to the red dude is becuase if Gio released info about the red head being in illegitimate child, Felix will take ownership. Since Felix isn't really experienced in business and all that, he will share his company with Gio...?
You get what I'm saying? I honestly don't know how it'll go but I know for a god damn fact that Gio is not that dumb to hand over his company like that.
