No I believe that was her fiancé who her father tried to marry her with when she was 15 but they were cousins so she obviously said no
I’m pretty sure that is her dad. They have the same hair color and eye color of her father in the portrait from chapter one (though he has shorter hair back then). As it looks like a painting from when she was younger.
