It is a new one, it's by the same people that brought us Soul Eater. It's got a little hit of a darker theme, but it's funny. The manga has around 200 chapters so far and isn't done yet, and the anime follows the manga content closely. We only have about 15 episodes so far, but it's awesome ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

I recommend you watching Babylon first for this season actually!
also give Hoshiai no Sora a try as well since it's a different sport anime and BEASTARS too!
