Tbh that translators note at the beginning made all my motivation to read this vanish. Not because of the rape warning but just because of the incredibly rude way they formulated it. You can say things nicely too and im really sad that the author and their work has to suffer because of those people. Anyways maybe im the only person bothered by this and maybe I can actually continue reading it when my irritation has calmed down but I thought this was worth addressing
Edit: the story is actually really not bad, im glad I was able to overcome my feelings about that t/n and read it

I totally feel you, yeah, they could have said it a better way, however, you know how many spams of hate you get if you don't make it aggressively blunt just because people don't take a hint. I use to write fanfiction a lot, and my stories aren't censored, and I would put warnings at the beginning, the amount of people who honestly would never get it, until I made it aggressively was ridiculous like I put a "This has..so and so...please don't read if..." and so on, and like within a minute of posting, I got like a page full of hate for not putting a warning... and how honestly traumatized they where. I was like Really? You couldn't read the first sentence lmao. I put a warning for the rape, the graphic content, the sensitive subjects, and they just hopped right on in like it was a clean swimming pool, for which they unexpectedly realized was not full. ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

Oh. I didn't think about it from that point of view. I guess it's almost impossible to find a solution that will leave everyone happy. Tbh i just find both extremes annoying af. Like it's a manga it ain't that deep i wish people had a little more chill
