I absolutely agree, once I finally finished it I felt relieved and I dont feel apart of the fandom or excited about seeing memes or anything. The writing was poor and the plot could have developed in much better ways.

Oh, also SAO sucks. It is so cliched. The abridged is actually much better. Better approach to plot, better characters, Sachi isn’t a throwaway, more realistic reactions, no incest, etc.
