any tropes in manga you absolutely cannot stand?

-shit plots
- Lezhins way o treatin it's authors
- Comics that romanticize abussive relationships
-comics that normalize rape
-obnoxious characthers

and i could go all day long but i'm way to lazy to type more

Well it's kind of dramatic to say that I "can't stand" these because there are exceptions but
*most omegaverse
*the seme and uke concept
*and on that note the lack of switch couples
*super masculine seme, super feminine uke
*weak, pushover ukes
And there are probably more but these were the first to come to mind

I got a few.

-When the uke is super small and femenine
-When the uke/ seme make huge assumptions based off almost no evidence

Omg I know right? Why not have seke couples?? I miss them.. (seke is switch!) And the uke pushovers are annoying too. And the super masculine seme and uke I also agree with. It's basically a male and a female besides the fact the bottom has a dick. Super annoying. Just make them both look like dudes is that too much to ask?

And yes, omegaverse can burn except for the few good ones.

Right?? I feel like it's somewhat of an "unpopular opinion" but I don't understand why. I think switch couples are super romantic because then you know they really love the other person if they don't care about who's on top. Also nice when you don't know who's gonna top so it's like a surprise when they do it. Plus it's annoying when a uke is pretty much forced to bottom because the seme refuses to be the bottom.
And yeah.. like I'm here to read yaoi not shoujo or hentai. And not the good kind of shoujo or hentai either...

Tbh I kind of hate it and I don't really get the hype for it.
And a lot of it has to do with the tropes I listed before.
Like how they are usually set into predetermined roles and how the addition of mpreg makes it even closer to shoujo or hentai.
Also the whole "going into heat" thing. Like what even is that???

Agreed. I just think omegaverse is annoying and all that. Heats are also used as a "its ok to rape them if they're in heat and like it" which I especially despise.
