Ok there's this BL manga that I'm looking for. If I remember it correctly, the MC (an omega) got along with these two brothers (alphas). However, the older brother that the MC got along with is adopted into another family and the younger brother tells the MC that his brother left because he didn't like the MC. Eventually, the MC starts dating the younger brother but the younger brother has a fiance who he seems to care about more than the MC. The older brother comes back home and stuff happens.
