Well the murderer... we dont certainly know but K (the blond guy) is very suspicious. We only know that it wasnt Gusam. He was only drugged by that blonde son of a b.tch and doesnt remember shit. It's most likely K. But again we dont even know who died. So he might just know the real killer, killers and finds the situation amusing.
His parents... well think what would you think about your gay son who travelled around with a murder suspect and then became a murderer himself and than comiited suicide after walking in the cold ice water...
Dong-soo is probably in jail and will be there for a long time.
this manwha has many gaps since it wasnt very well tought of. But the gaps arent actually such a big deal since it's fun to give us space for our creativity. It's best parts is that we get to see how some cops are twisted and can go beyond jailing an innocent person (torture and stuff) and while those ones are promoted the one who wants to do his job stays stil in their place.
