The sadist male queen is he an alpha? Or an omega?
He is supposed to be an omega. But. I saw few artists adding an extra gender. One was above alphas and caused an alpha to go into heat (it was like omegas) and had a control over them. So I wouldn't be suprised if someone added something below omegas. Yet still he looks like an omega which is marked by an alpha/beta.
