Can writers stop the "I groped you and kissed you and now you are turned on." thing. Yes fear and stress can manifest into "arousal" because the body reacts. In some cases, especially for women dealing with forced penetration, creating lubrication is the best way for the body to lessen the internal damage. But in general like I said, the body reacts, it has nothing to do with the mind or heart. But it takes more than one grope for the fear/stress to create that sort of reaction.
