Are you for real? There's no evidence that seme is physically stronger than uke, so saying he could push him off is unreasonable. He's just taller. I think he has a reason for not wanting people to touch him. Obviously something bad probably happened tk him in his past and that's how he ended up where he is now having to protect the Yuki person.
