Actually if you follow the raws, dojin's so called nightmare after Yellow Dragon gave him his poison during sex changes and the same guy appears. I think he rapes Dojin in it too. The guy in chapt 4 is not a normal human being. It is implied that he's somewhat as powerful as yellow dragon. But I don't think yellow dragon ever know about Dojin getting raped. If not he would have realized it in chapt 4.
