I'm so happy that the recent comments are mostly positive and people are starting to unravel the story (which is more than rape -_-) interpreting the characters' personality and action psychologically (you people are so smart (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ ) . Thank you cultured people. Also, author-nim i love you for making such complex plot (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

You have to understand that something as controversial and taboo rape is going to cause a buzz. It's a touchy subject about a crime that's still widely misunderstood and wide-spread. On top of that the victims of rape often are still alive living with the trauma and PTSD unlike murder victims. You're going to get controversy with such a loaded topic because people have a lot of deep and personal feelings about rape.

Sure the ppl who constantly attacked the story/fans were annoying and unproductive but let's not act like the convos about rape weren't productive, the rape to love trope is a regressive problem in yaoi and that's the only reason its such a loaded topic here in the first place. It's good to see fujoshi discuss what is and is not rape, how portray rape while not condoning it etc. you need conflict sometimes to make progress.

I think it's great to see people think critically about these topics. Not to mention the rape was a literal turning point in the plot. The author themselves made a big deal of it because that scene changed their relationship to what it is now (which is.......whew chile). Arguing is annoying but people aren't always going to be super positive, art would never evolve if we only talked about the pretty parts.

That's why i wrote "more than rape". I get that others will discuss about rape but that topic is getting stale for me. I want people to discuss about the plot and the characters' growth more than i want to see people commenting about rape and hate on certain characters. i want them to analyse the characters action without hating on said character because of rape. Discussing rape topic now and then is okay but i don't like when the comment section is filled with it. Have more positivity people (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

I love all kinds of conversations and this is doing it. It’s great. As long as people are not spamming/trolling to take away from this art.

If the character rapes the damn protagonist I think people have all the right to hate that character's guts. Plus you act like people can't look at characters in a complex way, I hate Seungho because his morals (or lack there of) clash with mine but as a writer I love his character the way it's written because he's interesting. What the heck do you expect from such a controversial character? Like I'm truly befuddled.

People have the right to criticize as they please, you're just butthurt about things you don't agree with. I find people like you to be more annoying since you seem to live in a fantasy world where everyone is peaceful and everyone agrees with your POV. This is the internet, the comment section is there to make comments not positive comments only. Get over it.
