Sadly no in his past life he originally a real butterfly , i read the raw in the past life when naroo been beat up by human yunho the butterfly want to save naroo but he can't because he just a butterfly one if the human have a torch with him the one with fire and the human beat the butterfly with it and end up burn half of yunho,yunho quickly went to hanwool for help l,when hanwool saw the butterfly he feel sad and put him near the rock so that he can save naroo,and put his amulet beside yunhoo for protection and ask to wait him until his come back,but when it rain one of hanwool spirit the one flying colour purple change to human to protect yunho from the rain ,but when hanwool come back yunho the butterfly already dead,and hanwool end up crying and say in chapter 22 ,yunho can hear hanwool say in the next life i will find you my yun, sorry if i give you a spoiler

And hanwool also say in chapter 22 and then in the life after that i'll find you first an love you,
