Left to right or right to left?

I am an American, so I naturally read left to right. I understand some cultures read right to left. I found manga can be really confusing on this concept because you can find it going either way. Luckily I can unscramble what I have read and put it back together again to make sense of it. Am I the only one with this issue? LOL

Nope my mother language also works left to right and I face the dame issue.. when I don't get the coherence after reading from both way I try to understand which way makes sense.. it's really pain in the neck

3x3=9x2=18-2=16+3=19

if you can use exponents try this....

3(2)+3x2+2(2)=19

the numbers inside the parentheses are exponents.
