Are u sure the episode 3 is aired out yet?

Maybe volume 3 is only on the manga and the episode only hv two episode that turn into anime

No no ignore that it's two episodes only. Sometimes the 2 episodes are joined in one long episode maybe they misunderstood that as a third ep. if you look it up on myanimelist it's only 2 ep for reference
