in basically every omegaverse if an alpha bites an omega's gland in their neck the omega becomes the alpha's (mate). In most cases if the omega doesn't want the mark it'll fade in time but some authors make the alpha's bite a permanent mating mark and if an omega is mated their heats only affect that alpha and can only be sated by them, they in other words, will be that alphas.
