Because they were made by chinese. Some are good but its few and they are from those popular chinese webnovels.
because all creativity is censored by the chinese government.
jk jk but there's legit something about the chinese that makes their whole online culture so bland. You'd see all these chinese tik toks that are cringy as fuck and all look the same because they can't be unique and so copy other's works.
Either that or the people who upload/translate manhuas on here just have bad tastes and there's actual good untranslated chinese manhuas out there. We will never knowww??

There's 10 Years Where I Loved You The Most. It's not bad. (Don't mean to defy your point with 1 single example saying, "They're not all bad!", just sharing a decent manhua.
Mo Dao Zu Shi is the best one I've read!!! Hands down! I almost binge all of it's adaptation, I'm done with the anime, currently watching the drama, listening to the audio drama, waiting for the next chap of the manhua, and I am even planning to read it's source material, the novel. Damn I've never been so addicted in a story like this in my entire life. Maybe I am over-praising it or you might have high expectations for it but that's one example of manhua that has an interesting and good plot, great even.
But true though, I've encountered manhua's that is bad, I almost thought that it was a novel adaptation from wattpad. Me as makes me want to kill the creator.
