If my memory serves me right.. Yes, it is a Yaoi. I just compare the two since both seme and uke have the same hair color. Other than that, the art and story is completely different...
The story is about.... the uke, is a hired serial killer and because he is now in debt (will not spoil you of why he is in debt)... He was urgently looking for a penthouse to stay in so that he could save money and pay his debt faster.. And so his co-occupant is the seme which is a mysterious person himself.
I stopped in the chapter where the uke got kidnapped.. Never continued it
