Maybe start a hypothetical conversation about what they think about trans people. And then if their answer is positive just tell them. Try to be casual and make the conversation light, but at the same time don't let them think you're joking or just going througha phase.
Probably the best thing to do is to think, "Fuck it, I just gotta tell them sooner or later, whatever their reaction, I'll just deal with it later."
At least that was my mindest when I came out (not as trans, but as bi, which I know it's not the same, but I hope it still helps just a little bit).
I... idk. I mean, they are pretty openminded, but my fucking nerves. This happens to most people who have to "come out" and it's annoying asf. ( ̄∇ ̄")
I know that I don't have to come out to them. But, it's a pretty big thing for me, and I feel that they should know. But it's just hard for me, and understandably anyone else who has/wants to do the same thing. Anyone got any tips? Or just support for my dear soul? ┗( T﹏T )┛
