This person was having a good time reading this chapter but niel was like "this reminds me of him", hinting at (most probably) his ex
I think he meant "reminds me of him... " "...holding my hand" because that was the place where he took his hand (seen again in the last panel)
I was having a good time and then he just had to fuck up the whole mood like damn-
