I meant why the meds were suppositories to begin with instead of the typical pill or liquid to take orally. It was for the yaoi, to progress the plot the first time, and for smutty fun the second time.

I also thought it was odd that they had fever medicine suppositories, because normally if someone is sick enough to need a suppository then they call their doctor first, they wouldn't have them laying around at home. Maybe they're more common in Japan?
