I recall that in one chapter, Tanaka said he'd only date someone when they could get him to spend some effort. In one chapter, Shiraishi and Tanaka end up doing the three-legged race together. After the race Tanaka says that seeing her made him want to do it. At this point, I'm sure everyone knows that they'll get together but I just wanted to point it out.
