Not really, the step sis want everything the MC have, and she will intentionally report it to her mom and dad so she will what she wants. Because that’s the reason why she think everything evolved around her. And yes I got this from reading the novel’s spoiler(the manga makes everything quite light-hearted but from spoiler, she will want everything mc does and she literally report every “grievances” to her dad. And the novel ending wasn’t satisfying because nothing happens to the father so he could see how inhuman he acted.

Tbh I don't really blame MJun for being dense as fuck.
Violette hasn't given her a single hint that she doesn't like her, or feels uncomfortable around her.
Like, if Vio ever had a proper conversation and told her to her face, that she's prefer not to be friendly, and to please not to tell her asshole dad. I'm pretty sure MJun would agree and back off.
