Have you even considered looking at the numbers. In the graph it wasn't ranked by longest to shortest. Try looking at the graph again and see if the country following USA is bigger or shorter than it. If you look at the group you'll see that there's only .02 difference between USA and Japan. Specifically, 13.58 and 13.56.
