As i understood (not an expert in korean language sorry) she was "less" pathetic. She was kinda like "we are better off being just friend." and that made him more yandere-ish. No, that made him literally a yandere
And i think she looks pathetic bc she is weak but not like everyone can be strong and she is in a weird situation so i guess the way she acts rn is more normal then just saying "OH YEAH! I reincarnated and imma gonna go see my favorite character get fucked up"
