Tumblr implemented a no porn image policy about 6 months ago. They automatically get rid of accounts that have this type of content. (It is rumoured that they have people going through content on accounts to catch missed porn)

A lot of scanlation groups had to make alternative arrangements, normally if you Google the group you can find an active social media account which will direct you to what they are doing.
