I'm not surprised. What sane woman wants to go into the Tower and constantly fight for her life? It's one thing for a woman to go into the military to fight for her country, but to willingly subject herself to thievery, betrayals, companion slaughter, etc., I would say that it's smart for her to continue living her life in a normal/fantasy world without entering the Tower.

And besides, I'm happy there's no other women. They often get annoying and crowd around the MC. It would become like any other manhwa if that was the case. And Edora seems like an interesting character in that the author took time to probably work on her character rather than just throw a bunch of useless girls in.

The prize is becoming a god. There should be more women in this, even if just as mob characters. It's really frustrating that women in this kind of stories only show up to make the mc look better by being attracted to him. It's something you learn to ignore to be able to enjoy the story, but it's still really frustrating.

Yeah but isn't the tower essentially toted as a competition? It's about proving your strength and capability? Don't you think the same UFC fighting ladies would be into that kinda thing?? Like in what way was this shown to be inherently murdering and pillaging as opposed to just a free for all type competition? Yeah there's the potential you might die, but man on man that possiblity exists in normal sports like football (and there are girls who play football). Like just cause you wouldn't be into it, that doesn't mean someone else would see it the same way.

Not really. Sure, there are people competing and there is a prize, but it's not a sport. It's a fight for survival and power. Every single character is very aware that they are risking their lives. But the reward is worth the risk.

I think the point is that women, who are half the human population, are just as susceptible as man to kill and maim their fellow humans if the prize is good enough. Comics like Tower of God and Solo Leveling, which are pretty similar to this one, have way more minor female characters. So it's pretty frustrating to see a story with literally 1 female character, who is bound to be attracted to the MC.
