Oh, read that before. I don't think it's the age difference, rather the air of maturity they have around them that people are having an issue with. Nothing wrong with 19 and 23. The 19-year old seems to act/think like a young teenager while the 23-year-old had the whole 'I'm being nice to you just to get in your pants' thing going on.
Yes, they are complaining about the age difference but I assure you that in any other story they wouldn't care.

I don't think it should be a problem. There are lots of mangas with quite gap of age differences. Like those about teacher and student and I don't see much complaint about them.
So I just encounter a person who said they would drop a manga ( it's a Korean one can't remember what your supposed to call them ) due to the dislike in age difference ( 19 and 23 ) which is so vexing... It's Korea so 20 the he of adulthood but where I'm from 14 makes a man a adult ( 13 ) for girls in just think in any country of your at least 16 or something there shouldn't be much complaint unless they are significantly older... many people I see have said they will drop book because of things like this... I believe they are overreacting but I could be wrong I know costume are different but 4 years plus he's like an inch away from adulthood and there is no sign of anything close to sex between the two and even if it was to develop between the two he'd most likely be of age then.....
