Yeah I do agree Misaki and Usagi-san SHOULD take notes but I have to say in comparison to SH( I abbreviated it as I have a hard time remembering the title I think it was something like Seikaishi Hatsukoi?) I think Junjou Romantica does a better job. (⌒▽⌒)
But as far as misunderstandings, consent and communication this series does handle it better, that is not to say I HATE Junjou Romantica now, I LOVE it and will forever LOVE it as it is my first yaoi I ever read/watched so it will always hold a special place in my heart. (▰˘◡˘▰)
But even with LOVING a series I can still take note of some of the flaws it can have or are bound to have in series and that goes for any series not just Junjou Romantica. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
And yes I don't think the series is finished according to a commenter they said they looked it up on a website somewhere and because that website did not have the complete word on it they believed it was still going as that is how that website works I guess. Also there is a commenter above that provides a link that states the series is continuing with another arc. ヾ(☆▽☆)
My guess and or hope is that it will be focusing on some of the secondary characters because as much as I LOVE Kotoro and his "Uncle" I would like to see the others character get their happy end. ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
Junjou Romantica as it should have been. Clear communication, consent, actually reciprocated feelings, misunderstandings quickly cleared up, COMMUNICATION. Yes, I said this twice, because it's just that important. Now, if only Usagi-san and Misaki can read this and take notes.
But there's no way this is finished. Like they said, this is just the beginning. What about Kotaro's mom? Chief? Araki? ...To a lesser degree, Kyujo. Sorry, I know they tried to redeem him and flesh out his character, but I never really did come to like him much. Or Araki for that matter. Hell, only chief is actually worth the time reading about as a side character, to be honest. Just give me a story about him and more about Kotaro and Ayumi please!
