True. The uke didn't sleep with the women, just messed around, but it still counts as cheating. What the author is aiming for is that he's not supposed to be a morally good character, he's a womanizer for a reason.
Cheaters are disgusting! 3rd parties are just as bad! It’s not something that should be glamorized! You are deliberately hurting another person! There is no excuse for cheating!
