Help with manga title

So this might be very vague but hopefully somebody can at least give me close suggestions so here goes. The couple are childhood friends, the uke never confessed that he liked the seme and instead the seme went out with the girl who was in their student council when he was the cheer captain. Years go by and both are still in contacts however the uke keeps getting into toxic relationships where’s he keeps getting beat up. Eventually the seme starts to get feelings for the uke and wants them to sleep together however the uke says that he’ll regret it. The whole reason the uke kept dating toxic men was to find the complete opposite of the seme. Eventually they get together. The uke is blond and the seme has black hair if that helps. Any clue let me know
