I can't tell you the exact time that I will upload the chapter. However, the published will be released at 8:00 PST on the 21st; so it should be around 8:10-8:15 when I will update (as long as mangago responds fast or not cause sometimes they take hours to respond and other times, it takes 2-5 minutes.)

Edit: Turns out that Chapter 8 will not be posted until 9:00 PST. I thought it said 8:00 PST when I looked at it before but I guess not :/ My bad.
