Yup, it's their official website! But you will need the passwords and as far as I know, you can only find them in Discord, in the link I sent to everyone.
The rules & passwords are explained & given at the Sleepless faq & rulebook. They will require you to read the guidelines, but once it's done you can have access to a lot of things and you can also receive notifications of the updates (=・ω・=)
Also, please be careful when you share the link. Never share it publicly, instead DM them.

They are not uploading this here because they might face a legal problems and thanks to this uploader they might be caught and thus stop translating.This is being translated by fans for fans. They don't have any obligation to us so they might stop at anytime they wish. And I wouldn't blame them because people won't listen.
Reading this here could bring the author's attention and he/she might sue the translators.
