Like I said in another comment, I think Jihyun was too ashamed of what he did to anything. Even if he helped, would Chiwoo even want it, let alone want anything to do with him? He could've done better, but I think it's a pretty realistic scenario.
Loved that chiwoo fought back. Jihyun so far has no redeeming qualities....he's violent and a bully. The only thing he has going for him is that he's hot but even that can't save how awful he was to chiwoo. Bastard didn't even help him.
