This Manga is actually BL Manhwa. It's korean.
The wanhwa is a colourful I think is a Webtoons.
Base on my memory the uke is a porn star. One day, he and seme having sex ( I don't know why maybe the uke is drug? I don't know) then the next day, the director asked the uke to ack having sex with the women (model). And while he is having sex with her he said to himself " shit! My inside ( asshole) is itchy!" .
