I'm from another country and I really need to ask: does this kind of bullying really happen in South Korea or other countries or its just a story?
It really isnt something a human being should be capable of doing and at shuch early age? And even if they do others shouldnt be this blind to it happening.
I just cant imagine it being real

I believe this story goes to extremes when it comes to representing bullying and such, but I also know from many people that bullying is pretty common in Korea. It plays a huge part on the percentage of suicide there actually; mostly it’s verbal abuse which becomes REALLY harmful.

Yes, I'm a fan of korean dramas so I am aware of verbal abuse there and its really bad .when I was a child I was once a victim of it. But in some of dramas and lots of webtoons theres physical abuse so I wanted to make sure that they are just story.

Well I'm a little late but you know, it can happened everywhere. I live in France and my niece told me that one girl asked her to come in the hallway. When she did, another girl was there and she threatened to hit her. I was shocked because they were only 11 or 12 but that doesn't mean anything anymore I guess. And mental abuse were common when I was younger. And nobody told anything (even the teachers didn't really help either).
So yeah, I guess it can just happened everywhere, and yes, a human being even really young can be really really mean. Trust me.

The author exaggerated a lot in the inhumane violence and the evilness of the world for this manga, but it has basis on real life shit. In South Korea there has always been a traditional atmosphere of superficial "kindness", so it is true that a lot of shit is ignored to not be noisy. Most bullying is just verbal these days, but psychological bullying has almost the same consequences as physical bullying. The most common ages for bullying is in the early teens though, when kids feel like the world is theirs. After that age, just really really disturbed people or those with little empathy keep bullying, and usually end up becoming criminals.
