From his perspective, Chamin is being cruel by continuing to search him out for sex after breaking his heart, but he is weak to turning away his advances because of his feelings for him.
When cruel might be a little harsh, but I think it is somewhat accurate. At the same time, he knows what Chamin has struggled with. He believes that Chamin is searching him out for comfort because he misses his ex girlfriend who was so important to him I guess.
I think Dowan was aware chamin was asleep.
Except at the latest chapter I think where he thought it was chamin's answer.

While I actually hate rape in general (i.e. non consensual sex), I am strangely not bothered too much by this (i am still a bit bothered though). Probably because Dowan is presented in a gray light. He knows it's wrong but he couldn't help it since he thinks he has no chance in chamin's heart or something.
That said. I am actually both sad and happy about ch 26. I am glad that at least chamin has an idea about his sleeping habits, but at the cost of Dowan's heartbreak.
I hope they do not just brush the rape-y stuff under the rug just like any BL/yaoi stuff usually does and actually portray a bit of remorse that comes after it. Usually the lack of remorse when it comes to rape in bl/yaoi bothers me. Especially, when it frames that the one being raped supposedly "loves" the act.
But I have a feeling they will brush it under the rug though. Pity. Dowan is a very likeable guy.
