While that would be rather nice plan based on how the progression of crime-solving has gone on in years she would most likely be caught and then it essentially be a bad end.
Of course she would have been caught in long run. Actually tbh, she probably would have been caught by a undercover cop posing as a Hitman. But... It's probably a way better plan then what she came up with. I know patience is key to revenge and all....But my god,

The thot pushed her to on going traffic to get her killed. There were freaking witnesses! And what happens? No charges, no police report, and no freaking prison time! When will the dice start rolling?! Sorry, for ranting about the story(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
It's okay, I understand the frustration and while it would have been nice if she could do that sadly based off of presumptions of the criminal system it's not really possible for her to get away with and not be found out which makes me a little sad.
This webtoon is like all the other webtoons that deal with the antagonist being jealous and wanting to kill the protagonist for petty reasons. So of course they’re gonna take forever to plan out and take revenge on the antagonist. If they just killed the antagonist quickly without background and a built up plot then it would be a really quick webtoon a lot of people like seeing the protagonist build up to taking the revenge instead of doing it the quick and easy way. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
.... I mean if you have money...You could just hire a professional Hitman and get rid to them...If you don't wanna kill the bitch okay...Then get people to kidnapped her, torture her and then kill her...It is amazing how far money can do for you. (if this shit sounds shady it's because I've been watching so many crime documentaries about serial killers, hire-kill by loved ones from family, cold cases)
