I think Rin consumed the energy of the others and followed the contract. His skillz tell me he was definitely not a virgin when he had sex with Chiharu but I think this is the first time the 'sacrifice' embraced him back

What does Rin mean by making sure his sacrifice has a good time and all his sacrifices were the same? Did he have sex with them and eat their energy or did he have sex for the first time with Chiharu??
