Because they don't have either of the intuitive functions as dom/aux in their cognitive stack.
Ye-eun is an ISFP, not an INFP because her auxiliary function is (Se), not (Ne). She doesn't focus on many different goals at one time(Ne), but rather focuses on one goal at a time- initially it was her lingerie business (showing tertiary Ni). She can be rash and can jump into situations without thinking everything through (showing auxiliary Se). Dominant (Fi) is obvious in her. I can go into detail if you want, just ask me.
Jiha is an obvious ESTJ - his auxiliary function is (Si), not (Ni). He adheres to tradition and isn't too accepting of new concepts. (Like when Ye-eun tried to get him into bdsm)
Dowon isn't an ENFJ because there is no (Ni) in him. He uses (Si) as he is:
- Focused on sensory experiences and creating a pleasant atmosphere
- Tends to derive joy from sensory tasks oriented toward others’ pleasure (aesthetics, cooking, etc)
- Seeks a lifestyle or hobby that furthers their own sensory pleasures and sense of aesthetics (cooking, gardening, music, interior design, etc)

Dorim - ESFP
- He uses (Se) as his dominant function:
- Sensitive to physical stimuli, often seeking to engage with it
- Lives fully (and immerses self) in the moment
- Frequently seeks out new experiences, stimuli, or acquaintances
Ye-eun - ISFP
Jiha - ESTJ
Chulsoo - xxFJ (he has strong Fe due to him being able to manipulate Ye-eun)
Dowon - ESFJ
Dorim - ESFP
