it says "Phoenix" in the bottom right-hand corner so that might be it :)

I know I've seen it somewhere before. I want to say it's one where the guy is negotiating for mineral rights for his company. The boss is basically pimping him out. But I'm really not sure if that's the one. Gonna have to find it to see if it is that one.
